Account
Manage your personal profile and preferences from the My Account page.
Opening My Account
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select My Account. This is your personal space — nothing you change here affects the shows you work on.
Display name
Your display name is what the rest of the team sees next to your cues, assignments, and in the show’s user list. You can update it any time.
Email address
Your email comes from your Google account and can’t be changed inside Cue Designer. It’s how you sign in and how other people invite you to shows.
Avatar
By default your avatar is pulled from your Google account. If you’d rather show your initials, enable Prefer initials. Initials are generated automatically from your display name.
Signing in
Cue Designer uses Google sign-in. On the login page, click Sign in with Google and pick the account that matches your invitation email.
Signing out
Click your avatar and select Sign out. This only signs you out of Cue Designer — your Google session is left alone.
Tip
Keep your display name recognizable to your team — first and last name is usually the safest bet, especially if you’re working on a production with a lot of collaborators.
